Who We Are
We are a local faith-based nonprofit organization committed to helping people believe in Christ, live as disciples, and share the gospel. Our work includes worship, teaching, care, discipleship, community outreach, and opportunities for people to use their gifts in service. The organization depends heavily on volunteers across ministry areas, so healthy service, clear communication, and shared responsibility are important to how we carry out the mission.

Purpose of This Resource Center
This resource center gives leaders, ministry teams, staff, and volunteers one place to find information that supports our achievement and accountability plan. The resources are organized around the three areas identified through our needs assessment: strengthening volunteer support, improving communication and role clarity, and creating a consistent way to review organizational progress. The goal is to provide resources people can actually use as these changes are put into practice.
